Cosgram USA ("Cosgram," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website shop.cosgramusa.com (the "Site"), through which customers can book esthetic treatment appointments and purchase skincare products. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account creation and login. Account authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication (a service provided by Google LLC), which supports sign-up with email/password or with your Google account. Google processes authentication data as our service provider under its own privacy practices.
Payment information. All payments are processed through Square's hosted checkout. Cosgram does not store, process, or have access to your full card details — that information is handled entirely by Square in accordance with its own privacy and security policies.
We currently do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional SMS messages. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and provide you with the ability to opt in or out as required by law.
