1. Use of the Site

2. Accounts

You may create an account using email/password or your Google account, or you may check out as a guest for product orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at info@cosgramusa.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Product Purchases

• All product listings, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice.
• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and stock availability, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to cancel or correct any order affected by a pricing or inventory error, with notice to you.
• Payment for product orders is processed securely through Square at the time of purchase.
• Shipping timelines and methods will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation email.

4. Appointment Bookings

• Esthetic treatment appointments booked through the Site require full payment in advance at the time of booking, processed through Square.
• You may cancel a booked appointment through your account dashboard — or, if you booked without an account, by contacting us at info@cosgramusa.com or (925) 553-6311 — up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments ("no-shows"), are subject to the following refund terms: no refund is issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or for no-shows. Exceptions for documented emergencies may be made at our discretion — contact us as soon as possible at info@cosgramusa.com.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to circumstances such as staff availability, in which case we will contact you to reschedule or issue a refund.

5. Esthetic Treatment Disclaimer

• Results from esthetic treatments vary from person to person. Cosgram does not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment.
• Information provided on the Site, including service descriptions, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. It is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.
• We recommend a consultation prior to booking to discuss your skin concerns, medical history, and treatment suitability. Please inform our staff of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment.
